1. Returns (U.S. Orders)
We accept returns for U.S. orders within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
If your return is approved, we’ll send you the return shipping address and instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
2. Returns (International Orders)
For international orders fulfilled from our China distribution center, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges due to customs restrictions and international logistics.
However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@aureviafit.com with:

We’ll gladly offer a replacement or partial refund where applicable.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For promotional offers (such as Buy 1 Get 1 Free), refunds are adjusted based on the total items kept.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once a tracking number has been issued or the order is in transit, it cannot be canceled. Please reach out quickly if you need to make any changes.
